Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your J&A jewelry purchase! Here’s a simple guide to returning or exchanging your items.
Return Eligibility
You can return items that are unused and in original condition within 10 days of purchase with your original receipt or electronic receipt.
Extended Holiday Returns
Items purchased between November 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 can be returned until January 31, 2026.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Men's Rings
- Necklaces
- Woman's Bracelets
- Woman's Rings
- Watch
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may return it by mail or in-store for assistance.
Returns by Mail
Returning your item by mail is easy and free:

Use the return form and prepaid UPS label included with your order

Drop off your package at any UPS location

Return shipping is free

Processing takes about 5–7 business days after your return is received and approved

If you can’t find your return form or prepaid label, please click here and enter your order tracking number, then select “Return this package” — or contact J&A jewelry for help.
Please note: Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds & Processing Times
Once your package is received and validated by our warehouse, we’ll process your return and send you a confirmation email.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days after validation, but we aim to process them within 5 business days.

All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please note:

Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to credit your account.

To return an item in-store:

Bring the item and your packing slip or email invoice

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment

PayPal purchases will be refunded as a gift card
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item:

First, return the original item and receive a refund

Then, purchase your new item

In-store exchanges for items of equal or lesser value may be available, depending on store inventory
