What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Orders ship Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays.


Standard Shipping | $6.95

Arrives in 2-4 business days.

Free on all orders $75+

Express Shipping | $16.95

Arrives in 1-2 business day.


• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
• Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
• We use multiple carriers to ship orders, please refer to your shipment confirmation email on which carrier we use to ship your order.
• Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
• NOTE all orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped from our store, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes. 



What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?

We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen, please contact our jajewelryusa@gmail.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Will J&A jewelry ship products to locations outside of the U.S.?

J&A jewelry US Online ships just inside the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Unfortunately, we do not deliver to American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, or Palau.
